Welcome to LIVINK — a place to actually want to be
A short note on what we're trying to build at LIVINK Coworking — and what the journal will cover.
We opened LIVINK because most coworking spaces felt like co-warehouses with WiFi. Loud, transactional, dehumanising.
This space is the opposite of that. Quiet floors. Real coffee. A small, curated community. A gym you can actually use mid-day. A neighbourhood that invites you to step outside between deep-work blocks.
In this journal we’ll write about:
- Stories from members — what they’re building, how they work, why they chose LIVINK
- Guides to the area — Príncipe Pío, Madrid Río, Templo de Debod, Parque del Oeste
- Notes on building a place to work — what we’re learning about quiet, focus, community
