How much does a day pass cost at LIVINK?
A single day pass at LIVINK is €22 VAT included (€18.18 net). A half-day pass (morning 08:00–15:00 or evening 15:00–23:00) is €17 VAT included (€14.05 net). We also offer a 10-pack for €181.50 VAT included (€150 net), which works out to ~€18 per day and can be used across any 6 months. Day passes include any available desk, fast fibre Wi-Fi, coffee, tea, and access to shared soundproof phone booths at no extra cost. Individual booths are 50% off with any day pass. Add an extra monitor for €2.
How late can I stay with a day pass?
Our space is open Monday to Friday 08:00–23:00, and your day pass covers the full day. You can step out and come back as many times as you need — your personal access link lets you re-enter the building until 23:00. Weekend access is available on request for members; for a single day pass, weekend bookings are case by case — drop us a WhatsApp and we'll confirm.
Are phone booths included with the day pass?
Yes — our 4 MEAVO phone booths (shared, soundproof, one-person) are included with every day pass at no extra cost. Use them for calls and video meetings as needed; on quiet days you'll find them free, on busy days first-come first-served. If you need a guaranteed slot, you can also pre-book the bookable booths from our /book page at €3/hour with the day pass discount.
Do I need to book a day pass in advance?
No, you don't have to. Same-day walk-ins are welcome as long as there's a free desk, and the space is rarely full. That said, booking ahead online takes 2 minutes, locks in your spot, and lets you walk straight in with your personal access link instead of waiting at reception. You can pay by card and get a VAT receipt automatically.
Can I choose my desk with a day pass?
Yes — day pass holders pick any free desk on arrival. We have around 16 wide desks with ergonomic Herman Miller-style chairs, dual-monitor capable spots, and a mix of quieter corners and more sociable tables. If you prefer one of the dual-monitor desks, ask us when you arrive and we'll point you to one if available.
