We're at number 23, Calle Irún. The doorbell is 1-2. Offices 1 and 2 both belong to LIVINK.
The closest metro / Cercanías station is Príncipe Pío (3 minutes on foot). Plaza España is a 10-minute walk.
For street parking, the black-marked area on the map (Paseo del Rey + Calle de la Rosaleda) is SER Larga Estancia — affordable and within 100 m. More on parking & access →
Once inside the building.
- Follow the LIVINK sign inside the building.
- You'll find two doors at the entrance. The second one (white) is always open — pull it to open and climb the stairs.
- Upstairs, you'll see a yellow sofa and two doors. Walk into the office that matches your booking (Office 1 or 2).
Open the doors yourself.
To open all doors — including the street door — we use an electronic access app. Lets you walk in any time without waiting for anyone, and walk in and out as many times as you need.
We send you a personal access link by email. Tap it and you'll see a list of doors with yellow bubbles next to each.
To open a door: slide the yellow bubble to the right, wait for the sound, then push the door.
If you didn't receive the link or you've lost it, just message us on WhatsApp and we'll resend it.
Where everything is.
Free desks vary day to day. Some have an extra monitor, some don't. Ping us on WhatsApp before you arrive and we'll let you know what's available.
Natural light at both ends of the office.
The plan shows the meeting rooms (Sala A, Sala B), the group booth and the office (kitchen) area.
Kitchen, gym, hours.
Kitchen — free
Free coffee, tea, milk (whole / semi / skim / soy), sugar, oil, vinegar and basics. Look for the area marked "Office" on the floor plan.
Specialty coffee — for sale
Separate from the free coffee. Ask us if you'd like to try our specialty beans.
Mini-gym
Tucked inside the office. Remember to go shoeless when you use it.
Opening hours
Mon–Fri 8:00 — 23:00. Saturday & Sunday on request — message us if you need it.
