General information about cookies and similar technologies

Note: This is an English translation provided for convenience. The legally binding version is the Spanish original at /es/legal/cookies. In case of conflict, the Spanish version prevails.

General information

User trust matters to us, and therefore at Cofactory Startup Resort, S.L. we care about protecting your privacy. An important part of this is providing you with as much information as possible about how we use your personal data, including how we use local data storage and similar technology.

Local data storage means storing different types of information locally on your device through your web browser. The stored data may contain, for instance, user settings, information about how you browse our website, which browser you use, which ads have been shown, and similar behaviour on websites we cooperate with. This data is used to personalise content and functions in our services so that your visits are more convenient and meaningful.

One method of local data storage is cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device (PC, mobile phone or tablet) that allow us to recognise your web browser. Cookies contain information primarily about your web browser and any activity that has occurred in it. They help us ensure the security and optimal functioning of our website (security cookies and session cookies, deleted once you leave the site) and collect information about which products interest our visitors and how they navigate the site, so our online offerings are more attractive (tracking cookies).

What we use local storage for

We use local data storage for a number of purposes: to provide our services, to deliver relevant personalised content when you visit our websites, to measure and analyse traffic on our site, to improve our services, and to deliver targeted advertising. Further details below.

For our advertising

We use local data storage in relation to advertising activities. This lets us know if and how frequently a user has seen an ad or a certain type of ad, and how long ago they saw it. We also use local storage to build segments and target groups for marketing purposes and to deliver specific ads.

To analyse and improve our services

We use various measurement tools that provide us with statistics and analytics about our services. These tools allow us to recognise the web browser over time and to find out whether the user has visited the site before and, if so, how often, giving us an overall picture of how many unique users we have and how they use our services. We use this information to develop and improve our services.

To deliver and adapt services to your use

Local storage is necessary for you to use our services: configuration information that tells us how the services should be presented in your browser. We also use it to adapt our services to your use as best as possible.

Managing cookies

You can disable cookies or configure your browser to alert you when cookies are being sent. Your browser settings usually show a list of all stored cookies so you can review them and, if you wish, delete unwanted ones. You may also choose to be notified each time a new cookie is stored. Note that if you disable them, you may not enjoy all the site's functionality.

Technical overview of cookies on this site (non-binding)

Non-binding summary of the cookies and tracking technologies used on livinkcoworking.com, for transparency. The legally binding version is the sections above (and the Spanish original).

Necessary (always on)

Required for the website to function: remembering your consent choice, CSRF protection, language detection. No tracking.

Analytics (optional)

Anonymous usage data so we can understand which services interest people and where the site needs work. Providers: Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity. Data is aggregated; we don't identify individuals.

Microsoft Clarity in detail — it records the browser session (mouse movements, scroll, clicks) and turns it into heatmaps, click maps and replayable recordings. Form fields (email, phone, ID number, card data) are automatically masked at the source and are never stored in plaintext. The recording is tied to an anonymous browser identifier, not to your identity. Microsoft keeps the recordings for up to 12 months. You can opt out by disabling the Analytics category in cookie preferences.

Marketing (optional)

If you came from an ad, these cookies let us measure the campaign and, if we're running remarketing, show you follow-up ads. Disabled unless you explicitly allow them.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser. You can change it any time — reopen cookie preferences. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so if you decline, our tags either don't load or only send cookie-less pings.
