Can I rent a meeting room by the hour?
Yes. Anyone can book our meeting rooms by the hour — no membership required, no setup fee, no minimum stay. Book online and pay with card. Located in Calle Irún 23 between Príncipe Pío station and Templo de Debod (Argüelles district), 5 minutes walking from Plaza España. Open Monday to Friday 8:00-23:00, with weekend access available on request.
How much does it cost to rent a meeting room for an hour in LIVINK?
LIVINK Sala A (up to 8-10 people) and Sala B (up to 12-14 people) bith cost €22/hour VAT included. A group booth (up to 4 people) is €14/hour, VAT included. No setup fee, no minimum stay. Members get free hours included in most plans plus discounted hourly rates. Prices include WiFi, a screen, a whiteboard, coffee, and water.
What's included in a LIVINK meeting room rental?
Each room comes with a 42" screen with HDMI/USB-C, natural light, and access to our office, where you can get coffee, tea, water, and different types of milks. Everything is included in the hourly rate.
How early do I need to book a meeting room?
You can book up to 30 days in advance. Last-minute booking the same day is possible if the room is available — check the live calendar on /book. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the meeting; cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50%.
Is catering available for meetings at LIVINK?
In general, it's something we don't provide directly, but everything is arrangeable.
