Booking & cancellation

When you can book

• Online: Monday to Friday, 8:00–23:00.
• Weekends and public holidays: on request — message us on WhatsApp.
• Minimum reservation: 2 hours.
• Bookings can start at any of HH:00, :15, :30 or :45.
• Latest start: any time that ends by 23:00.
• Earliest start: at least 30 minutes from now.

Cancellation & refunds

• Cancel at least 1 week ahead: 100% refund.
• Cancel up to 24 hours ahead: 80% refund.
• Less than 24 hours / no-show: no refund.

To cancel, reply to your booking confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp. We process refunds within 48 working hours.

Showing up

Address: Calle Irún 23, 28008 Madrid. The doors open Mon–Fri 8:00–23:00 and you'll get the room/booth at the time you booked.

Data we collect

We apply a data minimisation principle: we only ask for the data we actually need (name, email, phone) so we can send you the confirmation, reach out if there's an issue, and emit the receipt. Your card data is processed by SumUp — we never see or store it.
