Booking, modification & cancellation
When you can book
- Online bookings: 24/7. You can book any time of day, any day of the week.
- Access to the space: Monday to Friday, 8:00–23:00.
- Weekends and public holidays: on request — message us on WhatsApp.
- Minimum reservation for booths and meeting rooms: 2 hours.
- Bookings can start at HH:00 or HH:30.
- Latest start: any time that ends by 23:00.
- Earliest start: at least 30 minutes from now.
Cancellation & refunds
The policy varies by product. The rules below apply to all online bookings.
Day pass & Half-day pass
- More than 24 hours before: 100% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: 50% refund or free reschedule to another date.
Booths and meeting rooms (hourly bookings)

Fix Desk, Flex Desk & Virtual Office (monthly)
To stop the next monthly renewal, send notice at least 15 calendar days before the end of the current month. The current month is non-refundable.
If notice arrives later than that 15-day window, we bill the days that fall outside the window into the following month. Example: in a 30-day month, if you notify on day 20 (10 days before month-end), you pay an extra 5 days of the next month.
Modifications
Modifications (date, time or duration changes) apply the same windows as cancellations. If you modify within a 100%-refund or free-reschedule window, the change is free. If you modify within a penalised window, the equivalent percentage is applied to the original amount and any difference with the new booking is billed separately.
How to cancel or modify
Reply to your booking confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp. We process refunds within 48 working hours to the original payment method.
Showing up
Address: Calle Irún 23, 28008 Madrid. Doors open Mon–Fri 8:00–23:00 and your booth/room is yours at the time you booked.
Data we collect
We apply data minimisation: we only ask for what we actually need (name, email, phone) to send you the confirmation, reach out if there's an issue, and emit the receipt. Card data is processed by SumUp — we never see or store it.
