What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 23:00 — open to everyone (day passes, hourly bookings, members). Saturdays and Sundays we are open only on request — message us for weekend rates. Fix Desk members (only) might have access, without extra costs, on weekends and bank holidays if they ask for it, but it is not guaranteed and it is always dependent on the manager's availability.

Do you have closed private offices?
We currently have one private office for up to 4 people, but it is fully booked with a waitlist. We deliberately keep most of the space open-plan — closed glass cubicles feel like fish tanks and aren't the model we want for our coworking.

Can I read the service contract before signing?
Yes. Our general terms and conditions are public. You can read them at livinkcoworking.com/legal/terms. This is an English version, but have in mind that the Spanish version is the legally binding one.

How many meeting room hours are included with my plan?
Fix Desk members can use the meeting rooms with no hourly limit and at no extra cost — within reason, since they're a shared resource. Flex Desk members and external users book by the hour.

I'm not a member — can I rent a meeting room?
Yes. External users pay €22/hour (VAT incl.) for a meeting room, or €14/hour for the small group booth (up to 4 people).

Can I use the coworking on a casual basis (no membership)?
Yes, of course. We have day passes, half-day passes, 10-day passes, and multi-day passes for those who want to join us many days in a row. Check prices and book directly on livinkcoworking.com/buy

Is there parking nearby?
The easiest parking around LIVINK is on-street parking. Check livinkcoworking.com/parking for more info. On-street parking is regulated by Madrid's city hall and is mostly a paid service. The color of the stripes painted on the asphalt defines who can park and how much the price is per minute. Very near LIVINK there is a parking area painted in orange and blue. This one is cheaper than green or single blue.
It is called SER Larga Estancia, and it starts less than 100 meters away from LIVINK, right on the connection of Paseo del Rey and Calle de la Rosaleda. It's about 10× cheaper than the green/blue zones — roughly €4 for a full day. See our parking page (https://livinkcoworking.com/parking) and the map where we mark this parking area.

What's the best way to get here by public transport?
Príncipe Pío station is 3 minutes on foot. Metro lines 6, 10 and the R-Ramal stop there, plus Cercanías C-1, C-7 and C-10. From Príncipe Pío you can reach anywhere in Madrid in under 30 minutes—including Madrid-Barajas Airport via Cercanías and via Metro lines 10 and 8.

And if I don't want metro or trains?
You can come by bike (we have two hooks to leave your bike), and a couple of BiciMAD stations (115 and 116A) are 2-5 minutes away. There are also plenty of bus lines stopping at Príncipe Pío and plenty of intercity buses that come from all the towns in the southwest of Madrid (Móstoles, Alcorcón, Pozuelo, Somosaguas, Majadahonda, etc.).

What does the Fix Desk include?
Our Fix Desk is the unlimited version of our service. It includes your own dedicated desk and chair, of course, all utilities (water, heating, internet, and electricity), unlimited use of the meeting rooms and phone-booths at no extra cost, the kitchen and all its equipment, coffee, tea, and milk. It also includes a registered fiscal address (domicilio social).

How do you accept payment?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and payments with crypto. Fix and Flex desks and other monthly memberships are paid by SEPA direct debit on the 1st of each month. One-off services (day passes, meeting rooms, and cabins) are paid in advance with a card.

Do you issue an invoice?
Yes — sent automatically by email after every payment.

Do you have a referral programme?
Yes. If you refer a friend who joins us, we give you 10% of the revenue we generate from them. No expiration date.

What internet connection is available?
Movistar fiber optic at 1 Gbps. Most of the office is wired with Ethernet for reliability. WiFi reaches around 300-400 Mbps depending on your equipment.

What kind of companies are at LIVINK?
Mostly digital — e-commerce, early-stage startups, and software/development agencies. International crowd, English-speaking community.

Can I rent the space for events?
Yes. We have a dining/event area that fits 20-30 people comfortably. We've hosted workshops, video shoots, team meetings and small conferences. Contact us with the details.

Do you require a deposit? Is there a minimum commitment?
No deposit. No minimum commitment. Total flexibility — start when you want, stop when you want. Notice for monthly memberships is 15 days before the end of the period.

What happens if my company grows and we need more space?
We have shared tables for 6, 8 and 12 people, so you can scale your team within LIVINK. You can add or remove desks month by month, no commitment. If you want a private office, join our waitlist — when one opens up we contact the list in order.
