On-street parking is available on Paseo del Rey and Calle de la Rosaleda, both within 100 m of LIVINK.
These streets are part of Madrid's SER Larga Estancia (long-stay regulated parking) zone, managed by Madrid City Council. You pay by the hour or by the day — affordable if you compare to an underground car park.
Pay using the MADRID MOVILIDAD 360 app (or the blue meter on the street). Long-stay rates apply — you can leave the car several hours without surcharge.
Tip: if you come early (before 9:30), street spots are usually free. After 19:00 and on weekends, parking is free in most streets (check signage).
3 minutes on foot from Príncipe Pío.
Metro — Lines 6, 10 and R (Ramal) stop at Príncipe Pío. 3-minute walk to our door.
Cercanías — C-1, C-7 and C-10 suburban rail lines connect from Aravaca, Pozuelo, the airport (T4) and many other districts. Same station.
Buses — EMT urban lines and long-distance buses run from the Príncipe Pío intermodal hub.
BiciMAD — Stations 115 and 116A are 2-5 minutes from here (see the map above).
