Can I register my business here?
Yes, but the standard Virtual Office plan (€35/mo, or €25/mo when paid annually upfront) only authorises postal/commercial use. To use the address as registered fiscal or corporate address you must sign the Fiscal Use Addendum and also keep an active Flex 1-day/week membership (€70/mo) or higher. Recommended: Fix Desk (€180/mo), which already includes the registered address. See T&Cs §4.2.3.b.
How is mail handled?
We receive your mail and parcels. We can notify you on arrival and optionally forward on a schedule you choose.
Can I visit the office?
Virtual office members can add hot-desk days or meeting room credits to the plan.
Is this valid for Hacienda / tax purposes?
Yes, once the Fiscal Use Addendum is signed (requires Virtual Office + Flex 1-day minimum, or Fix Desk). Without the addendum the address is not authorised for tax or corporate registered-office use. See T&Cs §4.2.3.b.
